A flo class infused with pilates inspired exercises! A fiery physical practice meant to help tone and strengthen. We will use props and body weight for resistance and end class with a delicious deep stretch to wring it all out!

A softened version of a flo class. An ooey gooey practice meant to feel like a moving meditation. Flow through breath linked postures to leave you feeling expansion in the body and mind. The slower pace of this class will allow more time to explore the breath while still creating heat within the body.

We’ll lay low in this cozy prop-full practice. Slip into calm in this class that blends dynamic stretching, yin and restorative postures. This class uses all the props with the intention of encouraging flexibility and rest. A peaceful way to end your day!

This slow-paced class blends two deeply nourishing practices. Yin yoga focuses on connective tissues, flexibility and deep stretching, while restorative yoga enhances inner calm through intentional rest and guided meditation. Limited to 12 participants, everyone receives double props for better comfort and support. Come melt away tension, nurture inner peace, and leave feeling rejuvenated in body and spirit with us.
