Being Moved: Somatic Movement & Free Form Dance

To be moved is to be emotionally touched, energetically stirred, and provoked into expression. This event uses somatic awareness and movement to connect you with the layers of your inner experience. As you shift more fully into the energies of your body, sensations become your compass to come fully alive.


Part One - Somatic Movement

Guided breathe & movement on the mat to soothe your nervous system, bring awareness to sensations, and awaken your intuitive energetic impulses.


Part Two - Free-Form Dance 

Following creative movement prompts and the beat of a variety of music genres your body becomes an instrument for self-expression. On this dance floor there is no right or wrong way to move. Discover emotional-freedom as you allow the flow of your inner-vitality.

Arm Balance Workshop

Ready to take flight? This 75-minute workshop is designed to empower you to defy gravity and build confidence in arm balances. Together, we’ll explore four popular arm balancing poses: Crow Pose, Twisted Crow Pose, Flying Pigeon Pose, and Eight Angle Pose.


Chrys will offer you the tools to approach these dynamic shapes with ease and curiosity, helping you develop strength, balance, and body awareness along the way. We’ll close the practice with calming breathwork and a grounding savasana to leave you feeling balanced and strong, on and off the mat.


Open to all levels - whether you’re brand new to arm balances or looking to refine your skills.

Handstand Workshop

Curious about going upside down? This workshop is designed for beginners to hand standing and anyone looking to refine their approach to the pose.


Chrys will break down the key elements of a strong handstand practice, focusing on building the strength and confidence needed to get upside down. We'll explore alignment tips, entry techniques, and use the wall as a supportive prop throughout. We’ll close the practice with calming breathwork and a grounding savasana to leave you feeling balanced and strong, on and off the mat.


Whether you're taking your first steps toward handstand or looking to fine-tune your skills, you'll leave with practical tools to approach the pose within your own practice.


Open to all levels. No prior handstand experience necessary.
